The Star Bowl was established in Shepparton in 1963 on the site of the former “Star Theatre”, a local concert and dance hall.
It was officially opened by the then Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, Sir. John McEwen MHR. Former Olympian, sprint star Marlene Matthews, had the honour of bowling the first ball at the official opening on Friday 5th July 1963.
Our 18 lane Tenpin Bowling Centre is situated at 116 Fryers Street in the main CBD of Shepparton.
