Nobbys Head Light is an active lighthouse on Nobbys Head, a headland on the south side of the entrance to Newcastle Harbour, New South Wales, Australia. The Nobbys Lighthouse cottages are significant as part of a group of buildings associated with the development of Newcastle as a thriving port . These cottages are significant as a record of the defence of Newcastle as accommodation for defence staff during WWII (1942).
